Okay, so I have a love/hate relationship relationship with Betsey Johnson. I tend to enjoy most of her overly girly designs that involve lace, bows, and ruffles, but sometimes… Well, she sometimes goes overboard. Which does no good for anybody, if you ask me. Anyway, these earrings are a perfect example of what a like: something simple that involves bows and hearts. They should be worn with something equally simple, such as a cute solid dress or yellow.

Betsey Johnson Pearl Drop Earrings

super adorable.

You can find these adorable earrings here, at Nordstrom. They cost $35 and are only available in white, as of this very moment, but maybe if you look back later, the yellow will appear again, which is my personal favorite. Good luck hunting!

Okay, folks. Today is the day that I present more than one awesome fashionable thing to all you readers out there. I found six different pairs of chandelier earrings on six different sites for your viewing (and possibly, buying) pleasure. I think that chandelier earrings are really classic-looking and can brighten up any outfit. Without further ado, here they are, in ascending price order:

SILVER

filigree chandelier earring.

This pair is from Wet Seal, and you can buy them here for $6. They only come in silver but are a nice addition to any jewelry box.

evelyn chandelier earrings.

These gorgeous earrings are from Forever21, and you can buy them here for $8.80 and in two different colors: this black and a weird-looking yellow that might appeal to the bright and cheery populace of the world. Definitely not me.

Our next pairs hail from Urban Outfitters, and you can find them here. Since the style you receive depends on the color that you choose, I decided to show you both of the colors. The left one is silver and the right one is burnished gold. They are both $9.99 and on sale from $24. An item that is more than 50% off! I patted myself on the back for that one. No worries.

Mardi Gras Earrings

mardi gras earrings.

The fantastic earrings above are from Modcloth, here, and they only come in gold. Look at that magnificent craftmanship! Sadly, you have to pay extra for shit that good, and the price for them is $11.99.

ancient tree earrings.

I’ve never shopped at Anthropologie before. Namely because of their pricey nature. So it’s no surprise that these earrings I found there are $28. They are very pretty, though, and you can buy them here in gold or silver.

earrings

fringe chain and charm earrings.

I really like this last pair, too, but because I found them at Express, they are also very pricey. Coming in at $29.50, you can buy them here. Express is also having a sale right now: buy one and get one 50% off. Good luck finding something else!

neon feather earring trio. it’s back. April 26, 2009

Remember when everything was neon in the eighties? Yeah, me neither. I’m not that old, regrettably. Or is it? Regrettable, that is. I think so. If trends like neon were spreading themselves around like little sluts, I do regret not living it up in the eighties. What’s not to like? I would wear these (possibly a different color in each ear…) with a minimalistic black dress or with a black top and some skinny jeans.

it's like the eighties all over again.

Three colors for $4? Count me in. If you like them, too, buy here, from Charlotte Russe.
